1.—(1) These Regulations are called the Education (School Day and School Year) (Amendment) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 30th July 2002.
(2) These Regulations apply only to Wales.
2.—(1) The Education (School Day and School Year) (Wales) Regulations 2000(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4(1) for “the period beginning on 1st May 2000 and ending on 31st July 2002” there shall be substituted “the period beginning on 1st May 2000 and ending on 31st December 2002”.
