YSGOLION CYNRADD AC UWCHRADD

5.  Yn y golofn hon (5) rhowch gyferbyn â phob ffactor yng ngholofn (4) ac mewn trefn gynyddol bob blwyddyn, grŵp oedran, grŵp blwyddyn, pwnc a addysgir neu fand yn seiliedig ar asesiad o'r angen sy'n berthnasol ac sy'n gymwys yn unol â'r fformwla ddyrannu ar gyfer ysgolion cynradd ac uwchradd, gan bennu ar wahân unrhyw gategorïau penodol ar wahân ar gyfer disgyblion mewn dosbarthiadau meithrin neu'r rhai sy'n cael eu hariannu yn ôl y pwnc a astudir. Os yw nifer y disgyblion mewn dosbarthiadau meithrin wedi'u pwysoli yna rhaid i'r pwysoliadau gael eu dangos gyda nodyn i esbonio a yw'r niferoedd yn niferoedd gwirioneddol neu'n seiliedig ar rai cyfatebol amser-llawn. Rhowch hefyd yn yr adrannau priodol o'r tabl yr ystod neu'r lefelau sy'n berthnasol i ffactorau penodol i safle a phenodol i ysgol.
