5.  Yng Ngholofn 5, gyferbyn ag enw pob ysgol rhowch—

(a)yn achos ysgol gynradd neu ysgol uwchradd, y nifer o ddisgyblion cofrestredig yn yr ysgol sydd angen ei ddefnyddio o dan y fformwla ddyrannu ar gyfer penderfyniad cychwynnol cyfran yr ysgol honno o'r gyllideb; neu

(b)yn achos ysgol arbennig, y nifer o leoedd yn yr ysgol a ariennir gan yr AALl ar gyfer y flwyddyn ariannol.

Yn achos ysgol a fydd ar agor am ran o'r flwyddyn yn unig, rhaid i'r nifer a benderfynir yn unol ag (a) neu (b) uchod gael ei ostwng i adlewyrchu cyfran y flwyddyn y mae'r ysgol i fod ar agor. Er enghraifft, os disgwylir i ysgol fod ar agor am saith mis o'r flwyddyn ariannol, y nifer o ddisgyblion a ddangosir ddylai fod y nifer o ddisgyblion wedi'i luosi â 7, yna ei rannu â 12.
