8.  Ar yr un adeg ag y maent yn cyhoeddi datganiad cyllideb yn unol â rheoliadau 5 a 6, rhaid i'r awdurdod roi i gorff llywodraethu a phennaeth pob ysgol a gynhelir ganddynt gopi o Rannau 1 a 2 o'r datganiad cyllideb a chopi o'r rhan honno o Ran 3 o'r datganiad cyllideb sy'n berthnasol i'r ysgol o dan sylw, ond os yw'r corff llywodraethu neu'r pennaeth yn gofyn amdano rhaid i'r awdurdod roi iddynt gopi cyflawn o Ran 3 o'r datganiad cyllideb.
