The Education (Budget Statements) (Wales) Regulations 2002

Prescribed manner and time of publication of budget statements

7.—(1) A budget statement must be published before the beginning of the financial year to which it relates.

(2) A budget statement may not be revised during the financial year to which it relates other than to correct errors in the statement as previously published.

(3) A revised budget statement shall be subject to regulations 4, 5, 6, 7(2) and 8.

(4) Nothing in this regulation shall require a revised version of the Welsh text to be prepared if the errors are only in the English text and vice versa.
