Gan fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, drwy weithredu yn unol ag adran 55(2) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972(1) wedi gwneud argymhellion i'r Comisiwn ynglyn â chynigion mewn perthynas â chymuned Cynffig yn y Fwrdeistref Sirol honno;

a chan fod y Comisiwn yn ei gweld hi'n dda, yn unol ag adrannau 54(1) a 58(1) o'r Ddeddf honno, i wneud cynigion i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru;

a chan fod Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru wedi penderfynu rhoi i'r cynigion hynny effaith, heb eu newid;

a chan fod mwy na chwe wythnos wedi mynd ers i'r cynigion gael eu gwneud;

mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn awr, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd i'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol gan adrannau 58(2) a 67(4) a (5) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972(2) sydd bellach wedi eu breinio yng Nghynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru i'r graddau y maent yn arferadwy yng Nghymru, drwy hyn yn gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol:
