Diwygio Rheoliadau Addysg (Y Diwrnod Ysgol a'r Flwyddyn Ysgol) (Cymru) 2000

4.  Ychwanegir y rheoliad canlynol ar ôl rheoliad 4—

“5.—(1) Pan fydd sesiwn ysgol yn y flwyddyn ysgol 2002—2003 wedi'i neilltuo'n llwyr neu yn bennaf i ddarparu hyfforddiant y mae'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys iddo ar gyfer athrawon a gyflogir yn yr ysgol honno, ymdrinnir â'r sesiwn honno at ddibenion rheoliad 3 fel pe bai'n sesiwn pan gyfarfu'r ysgol.

(2) Ni chaiff paragraff (1) effaith mewn perthynas â mwy na dwy sesiwn ysgol.

(3) Mae paragraff (1) yn gymwys i hyfforddiant sy'n ymwneud ag addysgu disgyblion yn yr ysgol sydd yn yr ail gyfnod allweddol neu'r trydydd cyfnod allweddol.”
