Title, application and commencement
1.—(1) These Regulations are called the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) (Amendment) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2002.
(2) These Regulations apply to Wales and come into force at 12 noon on 10th April 2002.
