Cyfyngiadau ar dderbyn ceisiadau

6.—(1) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol beidio â derbyn cais oni fydd yr amodau canlynol yn cael eu bodloni—

(a)fod yr awdurdod archwilio wedi rhoi tystysgrif cofrestru mewn perthynas a'r parsel organig cyntaf neu wedi cadarnhau i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol y bydd tystysgrif yn cael ei roi; a

(b)fod y ceisydd yn gwneud datganiad fod yr awdurdod archwilio wedi cymeradwyo cynllun mewn perthynas a'r uned organig cyfan sydd yn cynnwys y parsel organig y mae'r cais yn ymwneud ag ef.

(2) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol beidio â derbyn cais gan geisydd sy'n meddiannu'r daliad sy'n destun y cais fel tenant oni bai bod y ceisydd wedi bodloni'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol fod y landlord uniongyrchol wedi'i hysbysu'n ysgrifenedig ynglŷn â'r ffaith fod cais o'r fath wedi'i wneud.
