Penderfynu swm y cymorth a'r cyfnodau y mae'r cymorth yn cael ei dalu ar eu cyfer

4.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i ddarpariaethau'r Rheoliadau hyn, pan fydd hawl gan fuddiolwr i gael taliad cymorth, rhaid i'r cymorth gael ei dalu ar gyfer y cyfnodau canlynol—

(a)ar gyfer parsel organig, pum mlynedd—

(i)yn achos y parsel organig cyntaf, gan ddechrau gyda'r dyddiad derbyn; a

(ii)mewn unrhyw achos arall, gan ddechrau gyda phen-blwydd y dyddiad derbyn, sef y pen-blwydd cyntaf o'r fath i ddigwydd yn ystod y cyfnod trosi sy'n ymwneud â'r parsel organig o dan sylw; a

(b)ar gyfer uned organig, tair blynedd gan ddechrau gyda dyddiad derbyn y cais cyntaf sy'n ymwneud â thir y mae'r uned organig honno yn ei gynnwys.

(2) Mae swm y cymorth sy'n daladwy o dan baragraff (1)(a) i'w benderfynu'n unol â Rhan I o Atodlen 1 ac mae swm y cymorth sy'n daladwy o dan baragraff (1)(b) i'w benderfynu yn unol â
