Cadarnhau map drafft
7.—(1) Gall y Cyngor, ar ôl ystyried unrhyw sylwadau y mae'n ofynnol iddo eu hystyried o dan ddarpariaethau rheoliad 6(1) neu (2) ynghyd ag unrhyw sylwadau pellach y mae'n penderfynu eu hystyried, yn ôl ei ddoethineb, o dan reoliad 6(4), gadarnhau'r map drafft gydag addasiadau neu hebddynt.
(2) Os yw'r Cyngor yn cadarnhau'r map drafft heb addasiadau rhaid iddo nodi'r ffaith ar y map drafft ac ar unrhyw gopi o'r map drafft sy'n cael ei wneud ar ôl y cadarnhad hwnnw.
(3) Os yw'r Cyngor yn cadarnhau'r map drafft gydag addasiadau rhaid iddo:
(a)paratoi map y bydd ei ffurf yn union yr un fath â'r map drafft ac eithrio i'r graddau y mae'n ymgorffori'r addasiadau hynny;
(b)paratoi datganiad ysgrifenedig sy'n nodi'r addasiadau hynny ac yn ymgorffori datganiad cryno o'r rhesymau dros eu gwneud; ac
(c)nodi ar y map sy'n cael ei baratoi yn unol ag is-baragraff (a) o'r paragraff hwn ac ar unrhyw gopi o'r map hwnnw y ffaith mai hwnnw sy'n cynrychioli'r map drafft fel y'i cadarnhawyd gydag addasiadau.
(4) Mae cyfeiriadau yn y rheoliad hwn at gadarnhau map yn gyfeiriadau at ei gadarnhau yn unol ag adran 5(c) o'r Ddeddf.
