Diwygiadau canlyniadol

4.—(1) Caiff rheoliad 3 o Reoliadau Lliwiau mewn Bwyd (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2000(1) ei hepgor.

(2) Yn y darpariaethau a restrir ym mharagraff (3), caiff cyfeiriadau at Reoliadau Lliwiau mewn Bwyd 1995, i'r graddau y mae'r darpariaethau hynny'n gymwys i Gymru, eu cymryd fel cyfeiriad at y Rheoliadau hynny fel y maent wedi'u diwygio gan Reoliadau Lliwiau mewn Bwyd (Diwygio) (Cymru) 2000 a chan y rheoliadau hyn.

(3) Dyma'r darpariaethau y mae paragraff (2) yn cyfeirio atynt—

(a)Diffiniad “permitted colour” yn rheoliad 2(1) (dehongli) o Reoliadau Jam a Chynhyrchion Tebyg 1981(2);

(b)Diffiniad “additive” yn rheoliad 2(1) (dehongli) o Reoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig a Chynhyrchion Pysgod Taenadwy 1984(3));

(c)Diffiniad “colour” yn Rhan ll o Atodlen 1 (categorïau o ychwanegion bwyd) i Reoliadau Labelu Ychwanegion Bwyd 1992(4);

(ch)Diffiniad “colour” yn rheoliad 2(1) (dehongli) o Reoliadau Ychwanegion Bwyd Amrywiol 1995(5)); a

(d)Diffiniad “the additives Regulations” yn rheoliad 2(1) (dehongli) o Reoliadau Labelu Bwyd 1996(6).
