Ardollau a amnewidiwyd

4.—(1) Er gwaethaf rheoliad 8 o'r Prif Reoliadau, awdurdodir y Pwyllgor gan y Rheoliadau hyn i gyflwyno:

(a)ardollau wedi'u hamnewid (yr ardollau newydd) i'r Cynghorau Cyfansoddol i gymryd lle'r ardollau hynny a gyflwynwyd ganddo ar 8 Chwefror 2001 (yr hen ardollau); a

(b)ardoll wedi'i hamnewid am ddim punnoedd i Rhondda Cynon Taf i gymryd lle'r ardoll a gyflwynwyd ar 8 Chwefror 2001;

erbyn 14 Chwefror 2002 fan bellaf i alluogi'r Pwyllgor, y Cynghorau Cyfansoddol a Rhondda Cynon Taf i gydymffurfio â'r Gorchymyn.

(2) Os bydd y Pwyllgor yn cyflwyno ardollau newydd yn unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn, rhaid i unrhyw symiau a dalwyd iddo mewn perthynas â'r hen ardollau gael eu trin fel petaent wedi'u talu mewn perthynas â'r ardollau newydd.
