Grant Limits6

Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), the payment of Farm Improvement Grant under regulation 4 shall be limited to an amount of £16,000 per eligible farming business per grant cycle.

Where an eligible farming business qualifies for additional grant under regulation 5, the grant limit specified in paragraph (1) shall be £20,000 per eligible farming business per grant cycle.

The aggregate amount of grant payable under regulations 3 and 4 shall be limited to an amount of £75,000 per eligible farming business per grant cycle.
