14.—(1) Yn rheoliad 2 o Reoliadau Awdurdodau Lleol (Trefniadau Amgen) (Cymru) 2001 (1) yn y diffiniad o “trefniadau amgen” ar ôl “rheoliad 4” mewnosodwch “neu â Rheoliadau Cynrychiolwyr Rhiant-lywodraethwyr a Chynrychiolwyr Eglwysig (Cymru) 2001(2)”
(2) Yn lle rheoliad 4(3) o'r Rheoliadau hynny rhowch y canlynol:
“(3) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (4), pennir y trefniadau a nodir yn y Rheoliadau hyn a'r trefniadau a nodir yn Rheoliadau Cynrychiolwyr Rhiant-lywodraethwyr a Chynrychiolwyr Eglwysig (Cymru) 2001(3) yn drefniadau amgen at ddibenion Rhan II o Ddeddf 2000.
(4) I'r graddau y mae unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Rheoliadau hyn yn anghyson ag unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn Rheoliadau Cynrychiolwyr Rhiant-lywodraethwyr a Chynrychiolwyr Eglwysig (Cymru) 2001, y ddarpariaeth yn y Rheoliadau olaf hynny fydd drechaf.”.
