Diddymu a Darpariaethau Trosiannol
13.—(1) Yn y rheoliad hwn, ystyr “Cynrychiolydd 1999” yw cynrychiolydd rhiant-lywodraethwyr —
(a)sydd wedi'i ethol a'i benodi i bwyllgor perthnasol (o fewn ystyr “relevant committee” yn Rheoliadau 1999) awdurdod lleol yn unol â Rheoliadau 1999, a
(b)nad yw cyfnod ei swydd a gyfrifwyd yn unol â Rheoliadau 1999, wedi dirwyn i ben ar y dyddiad y mae'r awdurdod hwnnw'n sefydlu pwyllgor trosolygu a chraffu addysg.
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3) pan fydd awdurdod addysg lleol yn sefydlu pwyllgor trosolygu a chraffu addysg, ymdrinnir â Chynrychiolydd 1999 fel pe bai wedi'i benodi i'r pwyllgor trosolygu a chraffu addysg hwnnw.
(3) Bydd Cynrychiolydd 1999 yr ymdrinnir ag ef fel pe bai wedi'i benodi i bwyllgor trosolygu a chraffu addysg yn unol â pharagraff (2) yn parhau yn ei swydd hyd nes y daw cyfnod gwreiddiol ei swydd i ben fel aelod o'r pwyllgor perthnasol (o fewn ystyr “relevant committee” yn Rheoliadau 1999).
(4) Ni fydd dim ym mharagraff (3) yn atal Cynrychiolydd 1999 rhag cael ei anghymhwyso rhag parhau yn ei swydd yn rhinwedd darpariaeth a wneir o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
