Diddymu a Darpariaethau Trosiannol
12.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau 1999 drwy hyn wedi'u diddymu.
(2) Ni fydd diddymu Rheoliadau 1999 yn dirymu penodiad cynrychiolwyr rhiant-lywodraethwyr i bwyllgor perthnasol (o fewn ystyr “relevant committee” yn Rheoliadau 1999).
(3) Hyd nes y bydd awdurdod addysg lleol yn gweithredu trefniadau gweithrediaeth neu drefniadau amgen bydd y Rheoliadau hyn yn effeithiol mewn perthynas â'r awdurdod hwnnw—
(a)fel pe bai cyfeiriadau at “pwyllgor trosolygu a chraffu addysg” yn gyfeiriadau at bwyllgor perthnasol (o fewn ystyr “relevant committee” yn Rheoliadau 1999), a
(b)fel pe bai'r cyfeiriad yn rheoliad 10 at “gweithrediaeth yr awdurdod addysg lleol o dan sylw” yn gyfeiriad at “yr awdurdod o dan sylw”.
