Diwygio Rheoliadau Porthiant (Cymru) 2001

9.  Yn rheoliad 12 (rheoli porthiant a deunyddiau porthi sy'n cynnwys sylweddau annymunol) —

(a)ym mharagraff (4) —

(i)yn is-baragraff (a)(iii) hepgorir y gair “neu”; a

(ii)ar ôl is-baragraff (a)(iv) ychwanegir y darpariaethau canlynol —

“(v)sefydliad a gymeradwywyd neu a ganiateir gan Ardal Economaidd Ewrop ar gyfer Erthygl 2.2(d) neu;

(vi)sefydliad a gymeradwywyd neu a ganiateir gan Ardal Economaidd Ewrop ar gyfer Erthygl 2.2(f);”; a

(b)ym mharagraff (5) —

(i)yn lle'r geiriau “unrhyw sefydliad yn y DU neu'r CE” rhoddir y geiriau “unrhyw un o sefydliadau'r DU neu'r CE neu Ardal Economaidd Ewrop”; a

(ii)yn lle is-baragraff (b) rhoddir yr is-baragraff canlynol —

“(b)yn achos sefydliad yn y CE neu yn Ardal Economaidd Ewrop, ei fod wedi'i gynnwys yn y rhestr ddiweddaraf (os oes un) sydd wedi'i chyhoeddi ac sy'n cyfateb i'r rhestr genedlaethol yn yr Aelod- wladwriaeth o dan sylw, neu yn ôl fel y digwydd, yn y wladwriaeth o dan sylw yn Ardal Economaidd Ewrop.”.
