Diddymu Rheoliadau Safonau Ansawdd Aer 1989 a darpariaethau trosiannol

12.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Safonau Ansawdd Aer 1989(1), i'r graddau y maent yn gymwys i Gymru, drwy hyn yn cael eu diddymu fel a ganlyn.

(2) Diddymir rheoliad 2(1) (gwerthoedd terfyn ar gyfer sulphur dioxide a gronynnau mewn daliant) a rheoliad 4(1)(gwerth terfyn ar gyfer plwm yn yr aer) o 1 Ionawr 2005 ymlaen.

(3) Diddymir rheoliadau 3 (mesur sulphur dioxide a gronynnau mewn daliant), 5 (mesur plwm yn yr aer) a 7 (mesur nitrogen dioxide yn yr atmosffer).

(4) Diddymir rheoliad 6 (gwerth terfyn ar gyfer nitrogen dioxide yn yr atmosffer) o 1 Ionawr 2010 ymlaen.

(5) O 19 Gorffennaf 2001 tan 1 Ionawr 2005, os caiff y dulliau a ragnodir gan y rheoliadau hyn ar gyfer asesu mater gronynnol mewn daliant eu defnyddio er mwyn dangos y cydymffurfiwyd ag Atodiad IV i Gyfarwyddeb 80/779/EEC dyddiedig 15 Gorffennaf 1980 ynghylch gwerthoedd terfyn ansawdd aer a gwerthoedd bras ar gyfer gronynnau mewn daliant(2), rhaid i'r data a gesglir fel hyn gael ei luosi â ffactor o 1.2.
