Mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, gan ei fod wedi'i ddynodi(1) at ddibenion adran 2(2) o Ddeddf y Cymunedau Ewropeaidd 1972(2) mewn perthynas â Pholisi Amaethyddol Cyffredin y Gymuned Ewropeaidd, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddo gan yr adran honno, yn gwneud y Rheoliadau canlynol:

Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso

1.  Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Cyfyngiadau Mewnforio ac Allforio (Clwy'r Traed a'r Genau) (Cymru) (Rhif 9) (Diwygio) 2001; maent yn gymwys i Gymru a deuant i rym ar 20 Gorffennaf 2001.

Diwygiad i Reoliadau Cyfyngiadau Mewnforio ac Allforio (Clwy'r Traed a'r Genau) (Cymru) (Rhif 9) 2001

2.  Mae rheoliad 1(2) o Reoliadau Cyfyngiadau Mewnforio ac Allforio (Clwy'r Traed a'r Genau) (Cymru) (Rhif 9) 2001(3) yn cael ei ddiwygio drwy roi'r geiriau “30th September 2001” yn lle'r geiriau “20th July 2001”.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn rhoi Penderfyniad y Comisiwn 2001/547/EC ar waith gan ddiwygio Penderfyniad 2001/356/EC ynghylch mesurau diogelu penodol mewn perthynas â chlwy'r traed a'r genau yn y Deyrnas Unedig, a hynny am y chweched tro (OJ Rhif L 195, 19.7.2001, t.61). Mae'r Rheoliadau'n gymwys i Gymru yn unig. Maent yn estyn y dyddiad y daw Rheoliadau Cyfyngiadau Mewnforio ac Allforio (Clwy'r Traed a'r Genau) (Cymru) (Rhif 9) 2001 i ben o 20 Gorffennaf tan 30 Medi.
