Mae Penderfyniad y Comisiwn 2001/304/EC a Phenderfyniad y Comisiwn 2001/345/EC yn caniatáu marciau deuol ar gig, briwgig, paratoadau cig a chynhyrchion cig am gyfnod trosiannol.
Yn achos cig, mae'r Penderfyniadau hyn wedi'u rhoi ar waith yng Nghymru gan Reoliadau Clwy'r Traed a'r Genau (Marcio Cig a Chynhyrchion Cig) (Cymru) 2001 (O.S. 2001/1508) (Cy.105) sy'n diwygio Rheoliadau Cig Ffres (Hylendid ac Archwilio) 1995 (O.S. 1995/539).
Yn achos cynhyrchion cig, maent wedi'u rhoi ar waith yng Nghymru gan Reoliadau Clwy'r Traed a'r Genau (Marcio Cig a Chynhyrchion Cig) (Cymru) 2001 sy'n diwygio Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion Cig (Hylendid) 1994 (O.S. 1994/3082).
Yn achos briwgig a pharatoadau cig, mae'r Penderfyniadau wedi'u rhoi ar waith yng Nghymru gan Reoliadau Clwy'r Traed a'r Genau (Marcio Cig, Briwgig a Pharatoadau Cig) (Cymru) 2001 (O.S. 2001/1740) (Cy.123) sy'n diwygio Rheoliadau Briwgig a Pharatoadau Cig (Hylendid) 1995 (O.S. 1995/3205).
Ym mhob achos, mae'r cyfnod trosiannol yn dod i ben ar 23 Gorffennaf 2001. Nid yw'r dyddiad i'w weld ym Mhenderfyniadau'r Comisiwn.
