Penderfyniadau y mae modd eu hadolygu ac apelio yn eu herbyn
4. Gellir adolygu'r penderfyniadau canlynol ac apelio yn eu herbyn yn unol â darpariaethau canlynol y Rheoliadau hyn —
(a)penderfyniad, o dan Reoliad y Comisiwn 3887/92 neu yn unol ag ef (gan gynnwys unrhyw beth a wneir yn unol ag Erthygl 11.1 o'r Rheoliad), gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol i wrthod, gostwng neu adennill (yn gyfan gwbl neu'n rhannol) taliad o dan unrhyw gynllun a bennir yn yr Atodlen ar gyfer blwyddyn IACS 2001 neu unrhyw flwyddyn IACS wedi hynny, a chan gynnwys taliadau a wneir o dan y Cynllun Tir Mynydd yn 2001; a
(b)penderfyniad gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol mewn perthynas â chwotau defaid a gwartheg at ddibenion y polisi amaethyddol cyffredin, ond dim ond ynghylch ceisiadau am gymorthdaliadau ar gyfer blwyddyn IACS 2001 neu unrhyw flwyddyn IACS wedi hynny ac nid ynghylch unrhyw flynyddoedd cyn hynny.
