Processing and Marketing Small Grants
4.—(1) The National Assembly may, subject to paragraph (3), pay a grant, known as a Processing and Marketing Small Grant, towards approved expenditure incurred in connection with an operation.
(2) A grant shall only be payable under paragraph (1) where the cost of an operation exceeds £1,500 but is less than £40,000.
(3) Where an operation is not located within the Objective 1 area eligibility for grant under paragraph (1) shall be limited to individuals with a registered agricultural holding.
