Grantiau Bach Prosesu a Marchnata

4.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3) caiff y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol dalu grant, o'r enw Grant Bach Prosesu a Marchnata, i fuddiolwr tuag at wariant a gymeradwywyd sy'n cael ei dynnu mewn cysylltiad â gweithrediad.

(2) Caiff grant ei dalu o dan paragraff (1) dim ond pan fydd cost gweithrediad yn fwy na £1,500 ond yn llai na £40,000.

(3) Os nad yw'r gweithrediad wedi'i leoli yn ardal Amcan 1, cyfyngir y cymhwyster i gael grant o dan baragraff (1) i unigolion y mae ganddynt ddaliad amaethyddol wedi'i gofrestru.
