Processing and Marketing Grants
3.—(1) The National Assembly may pay a grant, known as a Processing and Marketing Grant, towards approved expenditure incurred in connection with an operation.
(2) A grant shall not be payable under paragraph (1) in cases where the cost of an operation is less than £40,000.
(3) The maximum amount of grant payable under paragraph (1) in respect of any particular operation shall be £1,200,000.
