The interval between any consecutive actions proposed in the timetable with respect to the implementation of the authority’s outline fall-back proposals in the event that the referendum rejects the proposals drawn up under section 25 or, as the case may be, regulation 17(3)(a) or regulation 19(1)(c), is unreasonably long.
