PART I GENERAL

Citation, commencement and application

1.—(1) These Regulations are called the Local Authorities (Referendums) (Petitions and Directions) (Wales) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 28 July 2001.

(2) These Regulations apply to Wales only.
