8. Ar ôl nodyn 50B, mewnosodwch—
“50C. Peidiwch â chynnwys—
unrhyw gyfandaliad lwfans cynhaliaeth sy'n daladwy mewn perthynas â chymryd rhan mewn rhaglen parth cyflogi;
unrhyw daliad mewn cysylltiad â chynllun i leihau tan-feddiannaeth, a wnaed o dan reoliad 11 o Reoliadau Nawdd Cymdeithasol (Taliadau i Leihau Tan-feddiannaeth) 2000(1).
50D. Os oes taliad ex gratia o £10,000 wedi'i wneud gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol ar 1 Chwefror 2001 neu wedyn oherwydd bod (a) chi, (b) eich partner, (c) priod i chi sydd wedi marw, neu (ch) priod i'ch partner sydd wedi marw, wedi'u carcharu neu wedi'u caethiwo gan y Japaneaid yn yr Ail Ryfel Byd, caiff y swm hwnnw ei anwybyddu fel cyfalaf.”(2).
