Amendment to the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Order 1983
2.—(1) The Foot-and-Mouth Disease Order 1983 (“the 1983 Order”)(1) in so far as it applies to Wales, is amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2) Parts III and IV are replaced by the text set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.
(3) Schedules 5 and 6 are revoked.
