Any other statements, representations and evidence submitted by a registered teacher to the employer in relation to the teacher’s dismissal or contemplated dismissal, or the conduct which eventually led to the teacher’s dismissal or would but for his or her resignation have led the employer to dismiss or consider dismissing the teacher.
