PART II DISCIPLINARY FUNCTIONS OF THE COUNCIL

Disciplinary orders made by the General Teaching Council for England

25.  A disciplinary order made by the General Teaching Council for England or a committee of that Council shall apply in relation to Wales as it applies in relation to England.
