RHAN 1
Amodau sy'n gymwysadwy at bob anifail premiwm
1. Rhaid i'r gweithredydd lladd-dy wneud cofnod cywir, ar gyfer pob diwrnod, yn ysgrifenedig neu drwy gyfrwng cyfrifiadur, o rif lladd, dyddiad cigydda ac (yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff 2) rhif tag clust pob anifail premiwm sy'n cael ei ladd ar y diwrnod hwnnw.
2. Os nad oes gan anifail premiwm rif tag clust, ond ei fod wedi'i farcio â dull adnabod arall a gymeradwywyd neu fod dull adnabod arall a gymeradwywyd ar gael gydag ef, rhaid i'r gweithredydd lladd-dy nodi copi o'r dull adnabod arall a gymeradwywyd yn y cofnod y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff 1 yn lle'r rhif tag clust.
3. Rhaid i'r gweithredydd lladd-dy gadw'r cofnodion y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff 1 a phob dogfen lladd-dy arall, ac eithrio tagiau clust, pasbortau gwartheg a dulliau adnabod eraill a gymeradwywyd, tan 31 Rhagfyr yn y drydedd flwyddyn ar ôl y flwyddyn y cawsant eu creu, neu y daethant i law'r gweithredydd, p'un bynnag yw'r hwyraf.
4. Rhaid i'r gweithredydd lladd-dy sicrhau bod person awdurdodedig sy'n bresennol yn y lladd-dy, neu sy'n cyfathrebu â'r lladd-dy, yn cael arfer y pwerau a roddir gan reoliadau 24 a 25, y cydymffurfir ag unrhyw ofyniad a wneir gan berson awdurdodedig o dan reoliad 25 a bod cymorth yn cael ei roi iddo neu iddi yn unol â rheoliad 26.
