This Order is called the Disabled Facilities Grants and Home Repair Assistance (Maximum Amounts) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2001 and it comes into force on 2nd April 2001.

This Order applies to Wales only and does not have effect in relation to an application for a home repair assistance grant made before the date on which this Order comes into force.
