14.—(1) Crynodeb o unrhyw newidiadau i'r wybodaeth sy'n cael ei chynnwys (yn unol â rheoliadau(1) a wnaed o dan adrannau 408 neu 537 o Ddeddf 1996 neu o dan adran 92 o Ddeddf 1998) yn llawlyfr yr ysgol ers i adroddiad blaenorol y llywodraethwyr gael ei baratoi.

(2) Pan fydd y Rheoliadau hynny yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i ysgolion gyhoeddi gwybodaeth wahanol mewn llawlyfrau gwahanol, rhaid cymryd bod is-baragraff (1) yn cyfeirio at bob llawlyfr o'r fath.

Y rheoliadau cyfredol sy'n nodi'r wybodaeth sydd i'w chynnwys mewn llawlyfrau ysgolion yw Rheoliadau Addysg (Gwybodaeth Ysgolion) (Cymru) 1999 (O.S. 1999/1812).
