Requirements to be complied with11

The National Assembly may require any education authority to delegate decisions about the spending of–
a
grant, and
b
amounts allocated by the authority to meet prescribed expenditure approved in accordance with regulation 3,
to the governing body of a maintained school.

The National Assembly may determine to withdraw or, after consulting the education authority, to vary requirements determined in pursuance of this regulation.
