Specified Bodies
3. The following bodies are specified for the purposes of section 76(4) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988, namely:–
(a)The Fire Services Examinations Board;
(b)The National Institute for Adult Continuing Education;
(c)The Local Government International Bureau;
(d)The Local Authorities Co-ordinating Body on Food and Trading Standards;
(e)Public Private Partnerships Programme Limited;
(f)Syniad;
(g)Improvement and Development Agency for Local Government;
(h)Employers' Organisation for Local Government; and
(i)National Foundation for Educational Research.
