Preswylfa aelodau'r lluoedd arfog

9.—(1) At ddibenion y rheoliadau hyn penderfynir ar breswylfa aelod o lynges, byddin neu awyrlu y Goron (“aelod o'r lluoedd arfog”) yn unol â pharagraffau (2) a (3).

(2) Oni bai bod paragraff (3) yn gymwys, ymdrinnir ag aelod o'r lluoedd arfog fel pe bai'n preswylio yn y sefydliad lle mae'n gwasanaethu am y tro.

(3) Os yw'r aelod o'r lluoedd arfog yn gwasanaethu mewn sefydliad y tu allan i'r Deyrnas Unedig, ymdrinnir â'r aelod hwnnw fel pe bai'n preswylio yn y sefydliad yn y Deyrnas Unedig lle bu'n gwasanaethu yn fwyaf diweddar, gan anwybyddu unrhyw sefydliad lle bu'n gwasanaethau am gyfnod o lai na mis.
