1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical Services) Amendment (No.2) (Wales) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st August 2000.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 1992 Regulations” means the National Health Service (General Medical Services) Regulations 1992(1).
(3) These Regulations shall apply to Wales only.
2. In Regulation 34(2) of the1992 Regulations (payments), for sub-paragraph (e) shall be substituted –
“(e)allowances for study leave;”.
