Eglurder y marcio neu'r labelu

6.—(1) Rhaid i'r manylion y mae Rheoliad 1139/98 neu Reoliad 50/2000 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol eu marcio neu eu labelu ar fwyd, neu sy'n ymddangos ar fwydlen, hysbysiad, tocyn neu label yn unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn, fod yn hawdd i'w deall, yn hollol ddarllenadwy ac yn annileadwy a, phan fydd bwyd yn cael ei werthu i'r prynwr terfynol, rhaid i'r manylion a enwyd gael eu marcio mewn man amlwg mewn ffordd sy'n ei gwneud yn hawdd i'w gweld.

(2) Rhaid peidio â chuddio, tywyllu neu ymyrryd â'r manylion hynny ag unrhyw fater ysgrifenedig neu ddarluniadol arall.

(3) Rhaid peidio â chymryd bod paragraff (1) uchod yn atal rhoi manylion gan fasarlwywyr, ynglŷn â bwydydd y mae eu rhywogaeth a'u math yn cael eu newid yn rheolaidd, drwy gyfrwng dros dro (gan gynnwys defnyddio sialc ar fwrdd du).
