4. Pan fydd unrhyw fwyd heblaw'r bwyd y mae rheoliad 5 yn gymwys iddo yn cael ei werthu, rhaid i'r manylion y mae Rheoliad 1139/98 neu Reoliad 50/2000 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol eu marcio neu eu labelu arno ymddangos –
(a)ar y pecyn,
(b)ar label sydd ynghlwm wrth y pecyn, neu
(c)ar label sydd i'w weld yn glir drwy'r pecyn,
ac eithrio pan werthir i unrhyw un heblaw'r prynwr terfynol, y caiff y manylion hyn fel arall ymddangos ar y dogfennau masnachol ynglŷn â'r bwyd yn unig, os oes modd gwarantu bod y dogfennau hynny sy'n cynnwys y manylion hyn i gyd, naill ai gyda'r bwyd y maent yn ymwneud ag ef neu wedi cael eu hanfon cyn i'r bwyd gael ei ddanfon, neu yr un pryd â hynny.
