4.  –

(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), pan fydd sesiwn ysgol yn y cyfnod sy'n dechrau ar 1 Mai 2000 ac yn gorffen ar 31 Gorffennaf 2001 wedi'i neilltuo yn llwyr neu yn bennaf i ddarparu hyfforddiant y mae'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys iddo ar gyfer athrawon a gyflogir yn yr ysgol honno, ymdrinnir â'r sesiwn honno at ddibenion rheoliad 3 fel pe bai'n sesiwn pan gyfarfu'r ysgol honno.

(2) Mae paragraff (1) yn gymwys i hyfforddiant sy'n ymwneud â gwerthuso athrawon ysgol, system dâl athrawon ysgol neu strwythurau staffio ysgol.

(3) Mae paragraff (1) yn effeithiol mewn perthynas â chyfanswm o chwe sesiwn ysgol yn unig, a phan fydd mwy na phedair sesiwn ysgol wedi'u neilltuo yn ystod y cyfnod a grybwyllir yn y paragraff hwnnw yn llwyr neu yn bennaf i ddarparu hyfforddiant y mae'r paragraff hwnnw'n gymwys iddo ar gyfer athrawon yn yr ysgol, y mae'n rhaid i ddwy o'r sesiynau hynny o leiaf fod yn y flwyddyn ysgol 2000-2001.
