Revocation

3.  The following Regulations are revoked in relation to Wales –

(a) The Allocation of Housing Regulations 1996(1);

(b) Regulations 2 and 3 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) Regulations 1997(2);

(c) Regulation 2 of the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1997 (3).
