Commencement

2.  The following provisions of the Act come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—

(a) section 34(1), (2), (4) and (5) (employment tribunal procedure rules); and

(b) in Schedule 5 (employment tribunal procedure rules: further provision)—

(i) paragraph 1;

(ii) paragraphs 4 to 12;

(iii) paragraphs 14 to 17;

(iv) paragraph 23;

(v) paragraph 24;

(vi) paragraph 26;

(vii) paragraph 27;

(viii) paragraph 28.
