Schedule 1 Amendments to primary legislation

Companies Act 2006

1.  In section 1087(1)(gd) of the Companies Act 2006(1) at the appropriate places insert—

“section 790LN(2);”;

“section 790LP(2);”.

Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022

2.  In paragraph 6(3) of Schedule 1 (applications: required information) to the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022(2), after “sub-paragraph (1)(a)” insert “and (g)”.
