The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 219(1) and (9) and 220(1) of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 20231.
The Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers and the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland in accordance with section 219(6) and (7) of that Act.
