PART 1 Introduction

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Relevant Licensee Nuclear Company Administration (England and Wales) Rules 2023.

(2) These Rules—

(a) come into force 21 days after the date on which they are laid;

(b) extend to England and Wales.
