Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1), (2) and (3) of, and paragraphs 1(1), 4(1)(b) and (2)(d) of Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform Act 20121.
In accordance with section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 19922 the Secretary of State has referred proposals in respect of these Regulations to the Social Security Advisory Committee.
