His Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(2) of the Education Act 20051 is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows:
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales) (No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into force on 22nd November 2023.
