23.—(1) The English language text of the National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Wales) Regulations 2007(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 11, in paragraph (3)(b) for “the National Health Service Commissioning Board” substitute “NHS England”.
