Amendment of the National Health Service (Clinical Negligence Scheme) Regulations 2015

82.—(1) The National Health Service (Clinical Negligence Scheme) Regulations 2015(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2, in paragraph (1)—

(a) omit the definition of “a CCG”;

(b) at the appropriate place insert—

““integrated care board” means an integrated care board established under Chapter A3 of Part 2 of the 2006 Act;”.
